  • What materials are used in your jewellery?
    Most of our beautiful jewellery is crafted primarily from 925 sterling silver. Known for its durability and affordability, sterling silver is the perfect choice for those who appreciate quality without compromising on style. Our items are sorted into thoughtfully curated categories, allowing you to easily locate exactly what you're looking for. Each product includes a tailored description that details the materials used, providing you with all the information you need.
  • What is your return policy?
    In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within the delivery time stated, arrives faulty, damaged or does not match the specifications, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.​​​​ If you have simply changed your mind, you have the right to return items to us within 14 days of purchase. In this case, you will be refunded with the payment method you used to place the order. Full instructions for returns can be found here: Return Policy
  • How should I care for my jewellery?
    If you don't have a jewellery box, we advise you to keep your jewellery in the box or bag that it came in. Chemicals like chlorine & salt can damage your jewellery, so avoid wearing whilst swimming or when in the shower. If your jewellery becomes wet, make sure to dry it well. Always remove necklaces before sleeping and avoid storing jewellery in humid environments such as the bathroom. It's best to remove jewellery whilst cleaning, using tools or in situations where rings, bangles or bracelets are likely to get knocked against hard surfaces or come into contact with chemicals. If your silver/plated jewellery becomes tarnished (which is a normal occurrence), we recommend gently using Silvo Polish Wadding. This will act as both a tarnish guard and remove the tarnish itself leaving you with a shining piece of jewellery once again. Please follow the instructions. Oxidised silver jewellery should not be cleaned with jewellery cleaning dips or aggressive polishing that will strip the blackened surface. If cleaning is necessary, use mild dish detergent and soft toothbrush with as little rubbing as possible.
  • How can I contact your customer service?

Alternatively, you can speak with us via our chat by clicking the icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen. Please note that live chat times run from 9am - 6pm every day. If you use this method out of hours a contact box will be provided. We aim to respond within 24hours.
  • When can I expect my order?
    Most of our items will be delivered within 5 working days. However, to avoid disappointment, we ask that you please allow up to 15 working days to receive your order, as delivery times can vary depending on the specific items ordered and current demand on our shop. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to bring you the best in animal and nature-themed jewellery and gifts!
